Why People Love Us
I work in sales. So, I am constantly on the road and always taking a client out for a meeting while having a meal. The food is great-tasting (usually), and my employer pays, but I was packing on the pounds. Being able to check out the menu before going to the restaurant, and then getting feedback from my SalusWell nutritionist, has meant that I can easily ensure that I am making better food choices. This whole system is confidential, and I can get advice while at home or in my hotel room. This is a huge time-saver and a great way to make sure I make good choices. I’ve signed up for the next 6 months because the advice is so helpful.Darnell Williams
Our whole family is active, and the concept of sports nutrition was very interesting for all of us. However, coming up with a balanced meal plan for my son who plays baseball, with my husband’s needs as a marathon runner, with my daughter who is a competitive dancer, and me who focuses on yoga, was a personal challenge. My SalusWell dietitian helped with a great approach to breakfast, dinner and snacks — with some fabulous recipes. Then, we also each have our own ‘during the day’ menus for lunch and energy snacks and supplements related to our particular sports activities. I didn’t think it could be done — but it has worked very well! It all transfers into a great grocery shopping list, which is a terrific time-saver. I have been recommending this website to all of my friends!Tiffany Wu
Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you with a response to your question.
Question #1: What is included in a dietitian or nutritionist online visit?
Although the conversation may be short or long, we always do three things: 1) Discuss your goals 2) Review your nutrition and health status 3) Develop an action plan and recommendations.
Question #2: What if I have an urgent issue or question? Can I talk to someone in the middle of the night or at a moment's notice?
Yes, you can contact a dietitian or nutritionist at any time. Even if your regular person is not available, the person who works with you for your urgent question will have access to your previous goals, along with your nutrition plan and health history. We want to provide great, consistent support to you and your family so you can choose foods to shape your healthier life.
Question #3: How much does the service cost?
We have some 'regular' plans on our home page on this website, but your dietitian or nutritionist can also offer you other packages, or customize something just for you! That's why we discuss your goals with you, so you are getting the program and support that fits your budget.
